Sushi Kou’s style follows the traditional ‘Edo-style’ Sushi, and at the very same time we are passionate about bringing out the fresh and rich flavor of the fish.
While Western food about adding and layering flavors, we believe Sushi is about subtracting and simplifying.

Born in Hokkaido. After working in several renowned Sushi restaurant in Sapporo, he ventured out to Singapore. He became the only head chef of a Sushi restaurant to receive Two Michelin Stars in Singapore.

-We advise making a reservation in advance to secure a table.
-We offer only Omakase menus for lunch and dinner, there are no other menu formats available.
-We welcome children above the age of 12 only.
-Prices listed are not inclusive of G.S.T. and service charge.
-Cancellation fees per person of $380 (lunch), $450 (dinner) and $1500 (private room) will apply for cancellations made less than 3 days from your booking date.
-We don’t allow patrons to bring their own bottles for consumption in our restaurant.
-Our dress code is smart casual. For gentleman, we kindly ask that you come dressed in trousers and appropriate footwear.
1. If there is any issue with the delivered Products, you shall immediately contact service staff from sushi kou in CONVERSION PTE LTD by way of e-mail to the email address specified or phone call within twenty four (24) hours after receipt of the Products. CONVERSION PTE LTD reserves the right to refuse any returned Product after the alcohol is checked by the in-house Sommelier should the product be opened.
2. You acknowledge and accept that all returned Products will be subject to an examination by CONVERSION PTE LTD, its merchant, manufacturer or supplier. CONVERSION PTE LTD reserves the right to refuse to replace or issue the refund for the returned Products in the following situations, including without limitation: (a) Change of Products without any specific reason; (b) Products with missing merchandise serial number or product code; (c) Non-faulty Products; (d) Promotional items.
